Return Policy

NO EXCHANGES

If the item you purchased is damaged upon receipt, contact Pampered Gifts within 10 days of delivery for the appropriate return label and buyer reconciliation information.

• Provide first and last name, invoice number, and credit card information,  placed when ordered.
• Package your return with item and original invoice.
• Seal package securely with tape.
• Affix the return label to the outside of your package.
• Address the package to:

• It takes approximately 14 days for us to receive and process your return.
• We will credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged  (excluding delivery charges)
• Adjustments to credit cards should appear within 2 billing cycles.
