Return Policy
NO EXCHANGES
If the item you purchased is damaged upon receipt, contact Pampered Gifts within 10 days of delivery for the appropriate return label and buyer reconciliation information.

Provide first and last name, invoice number, and credit card information, placed when ordered.

Package your return with item and original invoice.

Seal package securely with tape.

Affix the return label to the outside of your package.

It takes approximately 14 days for us to receive and process your return.
